Returns and Exchanges

*Size issues? Start here! Most hats come with an adjustable lining, adjustable down up to 5 cm. If you need to return an item due to a size issue, be sure to adjust the hat to fit your head properly. If the hat fits well in the front and back but not the sides (or vice versa), using a size measuring tape may be the best solution. Please visit the “Hood Size Guide” for more information!

Please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your custom jersey. Because each item is made to order especially for you, we have a limited returns and exchanges policy. Please read carefully.

Custom Jerseys – No General Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size chosen
  • Colour or design preference after production

We strongly recommend reviewing your design, text, number, and size before confirming your order.

When We Accept Returns or Exchanges

We will gladly replace or refund your jersey if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., seams coming apart, print peeling within a reasonable time).
  • The jersey is materially different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong name/number, wrong colour).
  • The jersey was damaged during shipping (please provide photos of the package and product).

Time Frame

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After we approve your return or exchange, you have 14 days to send the item back.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (defect, damage, or error)
  • A brief description of the problem
  1. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Our fault (defect, wrong item, shipping damage): We will cover return shipping and send you a free replacement or refund.
  • Your fault (wrong size chosen, change of mind): Returns are not accepted – please see the first section above.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned jersey.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
