Returns and Exchanges
*Size issues? Start here! Most hats come with an adjustable lining, adjustable down up to 5 cm. If you need to return an item due to a size issue, be sure to adjust the hat to fit your head properly. If the hat fits well in the front and back but not the sides (or vice versa), using a size measuring tape may be the best solution. Please visit the “Hood Size Guide” for more information!
Please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns
We gladly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on brand new, unused, and resaleable items (shipping costs are non-refundable). A $11 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be credited to your original payment account. Items must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items and gift cards are non-refundable. Any damaged or non-original items may not be eligible for a refund. Embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed after the postman scans and confirms that the return label you provided has been delivered.
